This first volume of the Polish Yearbook of Law & Economics contains a collection of papers delivered at 1st Polish Law & Economics Conference, which opened a new chapter in the development of Economic Analysis of Law in Poland. More than 100 scholars, students and practitioners were participants of the Conference on May 6, 2010 at the University of Warsaw.
It was organised by the Polish Association of Law & Economics (PSEAP) in cooperation with the Centre for Economic Analyses of the Public Sector (CEAPS) at Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw and four students' associations active in the fields of economics and law at the University of Warsaw.
