Skrypt dla studentów Wydziału Biologii UW przygotowany przez pracowników Wydziału Chemii UW. Opisane w nim ćwiczenia obejmują analizę jakościową kationów I (Al3+, NH4+, Ca2+, Mg2+) i II (Ag+, Cu2+, Fe3+, Cr3+) oraz anionów (SO42-, CO32-, C2O42-, PO43-, Cl-, I-, NO3-) wraz z reakcjami charakterystycznymi umożliwiającymi wykrywanie poszczególnych kationów i anionów.
W drugiej części zawarto ćwiczenia dotyczące metod analizy ilościowej, w tym sposoby nastawiania mian roztworów, miareczkowanie kwasowo-zasadowe, kompleksometrię, oksydymetrię, a także pehametrię wraz z wyjaśnieniem podstawowych wzorów stosowanych przy obliczaniu pH roztworów. The Script for Students of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw A collection of exercises covering the qualitative analysis of cations I (Al3+, NH4+, Ca2+, Mg2+) and II (Ag+, Cu2+, Fe3+, Cr3+), and anions (SO42-, CO32-, C2O42-, PO43-, Cl-, I-, NO3-), together with characteristic reactions enabling detection of particular cations and anions.
The script also contains the exercises in the quantitative analysis methods, including the ways of standardizing solutions, acid-base titration, complexometry, oxidimetry, as well as pH-metry with an explanation of the basic formulas used in calculating the pH of solutions, and spectrophotometry.
