"Something Better" is a short story about two adults working in one of the dangerous career and a policeman's issue who doesn't want to have a higher range just to save his marriage from divorce or any other jeopardy that can happen to his wife on their duties. Little he knows, his wife is also dealing with jokes about him which makes her angry, but she doesn't push him.
